Scope:

The main scope of “LYCIA” is the rescue of the Asia Minor Memory and the Asia Minor Culture.

Main means to achieve this scope are

• the collection, digitization and study of historical material about Lycia from archives, museums and collections of Greece and abroad as well as from compatriot families.
• the translation of the Ottoman and foreign archives regarding Makri and Livissi that will enable access to our history by all valuable sources
• the preparation of local meetings for informing the compatriots  and the seminars to get acquainted and strengthen our relations starting with the 1st Meeting of All the Makrilivisians in June 2018
• the publication of books on the history and culture of Lycia and all the Makrilivisians.
